I reserve the right to decline your commission request without giving specific reason

My turnaround time is estimated to be 1-4 Months. I will do my best to provide updates and open communications regarding the progress of your commission

I reserve the right to post your commissioned art and username on my online accounts. This includes WIPs and the finalized piece. If you would like to keep your commission and username private, you must notify me prior to payment.

I will send your commission files through Google Drive links. Please download and save the files by yourself as I may eventually delete them on my own art program.

Commission-related communications will be primarily handled over Discord. Please feel free to communicate any commission-related concerns you may have with me!

By sending me payment, you have officially agreed to the terms listed on this page

In order for me to start working on your commission, you must pay the full commission price upfront through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Kofi.

If add-on fees for normal-styled commission revisions are incurred, they must be paid prior to the completion of your commission. Until then, I will withhold sending your commission files.

Full refunds are granted in the situation that I cannot complete or have not started your commission. If you disrespect me at any point in the commission process, you will also be fully refunded.

Partial refunds are given when clients cancel their commission for whatever reason. Specific amounts will be based on my discretion and the amount of progress made on the commission

You may reupload my art on online platforms. I would prefer that credit towards my username banhmimii.

You are not allowed to remove my watermark from your commission

You are allowed to use my artworks for icons, headers, videos, and personal merch. You may not apply major edits to my art.

You may resell the commissioned artwork if it includes an original character design you own and plan to sell. However, I would prefer to be notified beforehand

Do not use the commissioned artwork for Generative AI Models, NFTs, Crypto, or Bigoted Content

You may only use and resell the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes if you paid fees for commercial rights

You must send visual references for your character. You may also provide additional photo references or descriptions of what you want in your commission!

I will send you sets of colored sketches thumbnails for your review before working on the polished piece. This will include a rough sketch of your requested character(s) with flat colors.

Up to 3 free revision requests can be made during this rough sketch phase! This includes major changes for poses, composition, colors, etc.

Revision requests that are made after the rough sketch phase will incur a fee depending on how major the change is

For skeb-styled commissions, you cannot control the details of your Skeb-Styled Commissions except for the character(s) you want to include. I have full discretion over the content and polish of the piece. However, I will provide you with updates and blurred/cropped screenshots of your commission as requested.
